OUR FOUNDERS

Tanner Milne

Tanner Milne has been involved with commercial real estate since 2003 and has carried projects from site acquisition to final close out on over 3,000+ commercial transactions. Tanner has founded a number of companies, is an active real estate investor, and investor and advisory board member of a number of early stage technology start ups.  Much of his background is in healthcare commercial real estate, and has a number of investments in dental and medical technology. Tanner is a credentialed commercial real estate professional earning the CCIM and SIOR designations, in addition to receiving an MBA in entrepreneurship from Arizona State University. Tanner is an avid reader, continual learner, and a Brazil enthusiast. He and his wife speak fluent Portuguese and together have five beautiful children. 

Stephen Strecker

As the founder of Tower Realty Partners and an industry leader, Stephen believes that helping high growth companies manage and track their real estate portfolios is vital. He's had the pleasure of helping hundreds of healthcare professionals find real estate to open their first practices and has enjoyed watching many of them grow and partner with groups. Stephen realized that there was a fundamental need to help high growth companies track and manage their lease information and become a true real estate partner. Being outside golfing, skiing, mountain biking, fly fishing, or paddle boarding with his two kids, (three if you count their dog) and his wife is where he enjoys spending any free time.
